MasterCraft is our work-based learning program for high school stduents ready to step in to professional enviroments, not simulations. Interns work alongside industry professionals in construction and business, logging real hours bilding real skills and earning credentials that matter on a resume and in an interview.
MasterCraft interns do not shadow the contribute. Every cohort will move through structural learning experiences grounded in industry standards, safety protocols, and professional expectations. By the tie they complete the program, they have don the work, not just watched it.

Who It's For: High shool juniors and seniors, opportunity youth ages 16 -24.
Limitless Pathway Academy is our college and career exploration program deigned specifically for studets who are ready to think beyond high school but need a roadmap to get there. LPA combines curriclum-driven college readiness with imeersive, hands-on experiences, including our signature HBCU College Tour, to help students see themselves on a college campus before they ever submit an application.
Through the Black Student Union Leadership conference and our HBCU Curated tour experience, LPA students don't just learn about higher education, they experience it. They visit campuses, meet admission professionals, connect with current college students, and return home with a plan.

Leadership development through BSU Leadership Conference
A personalized 12-moth post-porgram acation plan
Who It's For: High school students grades 9-12, with priority access for first generation college-bound students.
Future Ready Workshops are high-impact single session career and college exploration experiences brought directly to schools, community organizations and youth-serving spaces. These aren't presentations, they are interactive, hands-on sessions designed to spark curiosity, build self-awareness, and connect students to real pathways.
Workshops are available as standalone events or as an entry point in to Master Craft and LPA programming
